This modern, risk-based system focuses on achieving the lowest total risk for both workers and the public. With training and unit standards being updated to align with NZGTTM, now is the ideal time to enter the industry or take the next step in your traffic management career.

- Manage traffic flow, signage, and layout changes
- Lead on-site crews and allocate daily tasks
- Carry out safety checks, site inductions, and toolbox talks
- Ensure site compliance and complete daily documentation
- Current TMO Practising or STMS A/B Practising certification
OR willingness to train (full support provided) - Full Class 1 licence (Class 2 is an advantage)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
