About the Role
  
We’re ahead of the curve - our clients are already transitioning to the New Zealand Guide to Temporary Traffic Management (NZGTTM), which replaces the old CoPTTM.

This new, risk-based system focuses on achieving the lowest total risk for both workers and the public. Training and unit standards are being updated to align with this shift, so whether you’re an experienced TMO or STMS, now is the perfect time to join the industry.

• $28–$36.00/hr + 8% holiday pay + weekly pay

Duties

• Set up, monitor, and maintain compliant TTM sites
• Manage traffic flow, signage, and layout adjustments
• Lead on-site crews and allocate daily tasks
• Conduct safety checks, inductions, and toolbox talks
• Ensure on-site compliance and complete daily records

Skills & Experience

• Current TMO Practising or STMS A/B Practising certification
• OR willingness to train - support provided for certification
• Full Class 1 licence (Class 2 a bonus)
• Strong communication & leadership skills
• Physically fit and confident working outdoors
