We’re a leading distributor of high-quality building products to the commercial construction market across New Zealand. Due to continued growth in the construction sector, we’re looking for our next Trade Sales Support superstar to join our Auckland team.
This is a varied role combining customer service and trade counter support, you’ll be helping customers over the phone and by email, as well as assisting tradespeople in-store with their product and order needs.

- Support customers with product advice, pricing, and quotes
- Liaise with suppliers to arrange deliveries or coordinate stock for collection
- Complete data entry, invoicing, and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and assist with reports and team meetings
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to ensure smooth operations and satisfied customers
- Experience in a customer service or trade support role (ideally within the building industry)
- Confident communicator with strong phone and email etiquette
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (SAP experience a bonus)
- Accurate and efficient with data entry and quoting
- Health & Safety focused with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Enjoys solving problems and going the extra mile for customers
