About The Role
We’re on the lookout for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Payroll Implementation & System Administrator
to support the rollout of a new Time & Attendance system for a well-established aged care provider. This is a four month fixed-term
opportunity where you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth transition, accurate data migration, and ongoing system support.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the implementation and configuration of a new Time & Attendance system.
- Cleansing and transforming payroll data for system migration.
- Providing Tier 1 and 2 support to end users and escalating complex issues.
- Delivering training and guidance to users across the organisation.
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve workflows and user experience.
- Experience with payroll systems (HumanForce experience is a bonus).
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and post-go-live support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to travel across New Zealand as required.
- Competitive Salary - $90,000 - $110,000 Prorated
