The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join a globally established mining organisation during a period of sustained recruitment activity. The business operates at significant scale, with a structured and mature internal talent function supporting complex corporate, technical and operational portfolios.

Reporting into the recruitment team and supporting the Senior Talent Advisor and Recruitment Advisors, you will play a key role in ensuring recruitment activity runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on recruitment administration role focused on coordination, accuracy and delivery, suited to someone with prior experience supporting internal recruitment processes in a large organisation.

While some flexibility is available, this role is ideally suited to someone who prefers being office-based to support close collaboration with the recruitment and HR team.

Key responsibilities

  •  Provide end-to-end recruitment administration support across a large blue and white collar portfolio
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication and stakeholder availability
  • Support recruitment activity from initial requisition through to offer and onboarding
  • Prepare and issue contracts, letters of offer and employment documentation
  •  Manage pre-employment checks, compliance requirements and onboarding documentation
  • Post job advertisements and manage applications within the internal database
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, documentation and reporting
  •  Liaise with candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders throughout the process
  •  Ensure recruitment processes align with internal governance, approvals and compliance requirements
  •  Support Recruitment Advisors with general coordination and recruitment workflow
About you

You are organised, detail-focused and comfortable supporting recruitment activity in a fast-paced, structured environment.

You will bring:

  • Experience in recruitment administration, talent coordination or HR support
  • Exposure to internal recruitment processes within a medium to large organisation
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Confidence working with internal systems and databases
  • Ability to work efficiently both in a team and independently
  • Comfort working in an office-led environment, with flexibility where appropriate
