This is a permanent Talent Acquisition Advisor role based in Townsville, supporting a large, established organisation operating across manufacturing, agribusiness, and renewable energy.
You’ll partner with site and corporate leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment across a diverse workforce. This role suits someone who enjoys ownership, pace, and working in an operational environment with real scale.
About the role
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across operational, technical, and corporate roles. Working closely with the People & Culture team, you’ll provide practical recruitment advice, build talent pipelines, and support continuous improvement across TA processes.
Key duties
This role will suit someone who enjoys hands-on recruitment, strong stakeholder partnership, and delivering outcomes in a site-based environment.
- End-to-end recruitment across operational, technical, and corporate roles
- Partnering with hiring managers to scope roles and recruitment strategies
- Proactive sourcing, talent pooling, and pipeline development
- Managing advertising, shortlisting, interviews, and offers
- Coordinating pre-employment checks and onboarding handovers
- Providing market insights and recruitment advice to stakeholders
- Internal Talent Acquisition or agency recruitment experience
- Exposure to industrial, manufacturing, or site-based environments
- Confident stakeholder engagement and proactive sourcing capability
- End-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple roles
- ATS and HR systems experience highly regarded
