We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a respected mining client based in Southbank. This position plays a key part in supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This is a 3 month contract starting in the new year with possibility for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- End to end recruitment of maintenance workers
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
- Prepare contracts, offer documentation, and onboarding packs
- Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records in internal systems
- Liaise with hiring managers and external providers to support recruitment activity
- Manage inboxes, reporting, and general administration for the Talent Acquisition team
- Contribute to process improvement and candidate experience initiatives
- Previous experience in recruitment , HR, or a similar coordination role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and HR/recruitment systems
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Friendly, professional, and adaptable within a team setting
