About the Company
Our client is a well-respected Tier 1/2 builder/developer delivering landmark projects across the Gold Coast and beyond. With an impressive pipeline of high-rise residential developments, they are now seeking an experienced Structural Supervisor
to join their team on a major project consisting of two towers (64 storeys and 40 storeys).
About the Role
As the Structural Supervisor, you will oversee the structural delivery of this large-scale development, managing subcontractors on-site and ensuring works are completed safely, to program, and to the highest quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven supervisor who thrives on complex, high-rise projects and wants to be part of a project that will shape the Gold Coast skyline.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate structural trades and subcontractors on-site
- Oversee structural works including concrete, formwork, reinforcement, and façade interface
- Ensure compliance with WHSE obligations and company standards
- Monitor progress against the construction program, reporting on milestones and delays
- Maintain QA documentation and site records
- Conduct regular site meetings, toolbox talks, and liaise with stakeholders
- Drive productivity and uphold high-quality workmanship across all trades
- Proven experience as a Structural Supervisor (or Foreman) with a main contractor
- Strong background in high-rise residential projects
- Solid knowledge of structural trades and sequencing on towers 30+ storeys
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage large site teams
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and program delivery
- Relevant trade qualifications or Certificate IV in Building & Construction highly regarded
