What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operating wet mix and dryer plant equipment
- Monitoring process controls and product quality
- Completing batching and GMP documentation
- Supporting CIP cleaning and product changeovers
- Troubleshooting minor plant issues
- Maintaining high food safety and H&S standards
- 2+ years’ experience in dairy, food, beverage or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Confident operating automated processing equipment
- Mechanically minded with strong attention to detail
- Able to work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts
