This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.
Shift:
Monday to Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay Rate:
$25 – $27 per hour (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery
- Maintain consistent output and strict quality standards
- Troubleshoot faults and perform minor machine adjustments
- Follow all workplace health & safety procedures
- Work independently to meet production targets
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work unsupervised and take ownership of machinery
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to afternoon shift hours
- Understanding of production processes and quality control
- Legal right to work in New Zealand
- Full Class 1 driver’s licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
