We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Leading Hand or Skilled Civil Labourer to join a water reservoir refurbishment in Newtown. This is a physically active, full-time role with the potential to run for 6 months or more.

- Supporting concrete repair tasks including grinding, jackhammering and basic rendering
- Helping keep the site clean, organised and safe
- Spotting for confined space entries
- Providing support to the site supervisor and other team members
- Previous experience in civil, concrete or infrastructure projects
- Confidence using power tools like jackhammers and grinders
- A strong safety mindset and attention to detail
- Good communication and ability to follow direction
- Rendering skills – desirable but not essential
- General Construction Induction (White Card)

- EWP (over 11m) – desirable but not essential
