We’re seeking an experienced Roofing Site Supervisor
to take ownership of on-site operations across commercial roofing, cladding, and membrane projects in Christchurch. You’ll be leading from the front. Managing people, materials, and project quality, while ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely.

- Supporting workflow planning and project delivery from start to finish
You’re an experienced roofer with 5+ years in commercial roofing/cladding and a proven track record leading crews. You’ve got strong technical knowledge of membrane systems, safety standards, and NZ building codes. You can read plans, measure and order accurately, and keep things moving efficiently onsite. Your communication is clear, your work ethic is strong, and you lead by example.
