Stellar Recruitment have partnered with a commercial main-contractor who are looking for a Site Manager due to a large scope of work in 2025 and beyond.
Projects include schools, industrial, apartments, healthcare & interior fit-outs so you will be exposed to many different projects.

Purpose of this role:
The purpose of this role is to ensure the site you are working on is running on time and within budget, liaising with subcontractors, project managers, quantity surveyors, ensuring health and safety is being adhered to and running toolbox meetings.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure health and safety is being adhered to at all times
- Liaising with subcontractors, project managers, foreman,
- Running a team of up to 40 members
- Running/attending toolbox meetings
- Ensure project deliverables meet contract specifications
- Mentoring foreman/junior site managers
- 3+ years as a Site Manager within commercial construction
- Outstanding communication skills
- Clean, full NZ drivers license
- Strong leadership skills
- Coming up through the tools/having LBP is incredibly beneficial
