The Role
You’ll take full ownership of a $40M+ masterplanned development comprising 30+ apartments and several townhouses, overseeing delivery from early works through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all on-site operations from groundworks through to handover
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
- Driving programme, quality, and safety outcomes
- Working closely with the Project Manager and commercial team
- Ensuring compliance with all site and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining strong stakeholder and subcontractor relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on multi-residential projects
- Ideally 10+ years’ experience across the construction industry
- Strong track record delivering projects from ground up
- Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing, safety, and QA
- Relevant construction qualifications and tickets
