Stellar Recruitment is working with an award-winning civil contractor that's built a strong reputation across some of NZ's most technically demanding infrastructure. Their work spans electrical substations, deep drainage, solar farms, and complex concrete structures, and they're growing.
As a Site Engineer you'll take ownership of project coordination across multiple sites, working to tight timeframes alongside clients and stakeholders to keep key milestones on track. It's a role that suits someone who's technically strong, organised, and ready to take the next step in their engineering career.
You'll be involved in:
- Owning project coordination and management across multiple active sites
- Working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver key milestones on time
- Applying strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Contributing to the delivery of earthworks, drainage, precast, and in-situ concrete works
- Supporting and leading by example to drive strong site culture and performance
- Travelling to project sites across the North Island as required
- Qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum three years NZ experience as a Site Engineer on civil infrastructure projects
- Solid hands-on knowledge of earthworks, drainage, precast, and in-situ concrete
- Strong understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Effective communicator who leads by example and demonstrates strong organisational skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and problem-solve under pressure
- NZ citizen or resident visa holder
- $90,000 - $125,000 per annum
