- 3 plus year site experience in New Zealand
- Site experience and preferably on high rise structures
- Good communication both with internal teams / subs / consultants - must have exceptional written and spoken English.
- Must be able to critically review drawings and assess any discrepancies / issues
- Will be 80% site 20% desk
- Will involve all site checking of complicated reo works prior to engineer inspections / façade experience
- Must have good surveying and set out skills.
