Site Administrator
We’re looking for a highly organised Administrator to deliver seamless day‑to‑day operational support across high‑profile construction and heavy engineering projects. You’ll be confident managing procurement, documentation, financial tracking, and on‑site coordination - all while maintaining clear communication and keeping stakeholders aligned.

About the role:
As the Site Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting business activities and ensuring smooth project operations. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Quality, HSE, and external suppliers to keep everything running efficiently and safely.

Procurement & Coordination
  • Ordering materials, tools, and consumables to support steel erection activities
  • Coordinating delivery schedules and site drop‑offs
  • Tracking and allocating purchase orders and invoices to correct cost centre.
Quality & Documentation
  • Maintaining site quality records and supporting document control
  • Assisting with QA documentation, inspection requests, and reporting
  • Working closely with the Quality Manager to compile assurance packs
Finance & Resource Tracking
  • Collating and checking daily timesheets for the finance team
  • Investigating and resolving payroll or timesheet queries
  • Maintaining spreadsheets and resource tracking tools in Excel
  • Managing site financial documentation (invoices, timesheets, field instructions)
  • Supporting Managers with variation cost tracking and client approvals
Health, Safety & Environment
  • Promoting and complying with all site HSE requirements
  • Wearing appropriate PPE and encouraging safe practices
  • Reporting incidents, near misses, and supporting a proactive safety culture
  • Supporting environmental compliance, recycling, and pollution‑reduction efforts
Teamwork & Continuous Improvement
  • Contributing positively to site culture and teamwork
  • Sharing knowledge with new staff when needed
  • Looking for opportunities to improve processes and systems
  • Upholding professionalism, consistency, and high work standards
About the you:
  • Proven experience holding positions with similar responsibilities.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to quickly adopt new systems – proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Understanding of construction processes and site operations preferred.
