to join our operations at the Jellinbah Mine Site

What You Will be Doing
- Safely handle, prepare, and initiate explosives in line with Enaex and regulatory standards
- Execute blast patterns accurately and efficiently based on drill and blast designs
- Inspect and secure blast areas to ensure safety compliance before and after detonation
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, drill crews, and other team members to coordinate blasting activities
- Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures and site-specific protocols
- Shotfiring experience within mining enviroments
- Handling, transporting, and using explosives in accordance with Australian safety standards
- Drill and blast coordination, including interpreting blast designs and layouts
- Working as part of a multi-disciplinary production or blasting team
- Maintaining documentation and reporting related to blasting activities
- Eligible for, or currently holding, a valid NSW Security Clearance
- Possession of an open class manual driver’s licence (HR licence preferred but not mandatory)
- Able to obtain or currently hold a valid Order 43 Medical
- Relevant industry qualifications; RII competencies will be highly regarded
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one
- Competitive salary package up to $139k + super
- 7/7 Roster, day shift only
