- Experience working around excavators, cranes, and lifting operations
- WTR endorsement + Class 1 licence (minimum)
- Site Safe Civil Construction Passport or equivalent
- Strong awareness of heavy plant, exclusion zones, and coastal environments
- Comfortable working in coastal/tidal conditions
- Confident aligning sheets, setting out piles, and ensuring correct interlock
- Fit for physical work and committed to safe site practices
- Strong communicator and team player
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive with equipment care
