Automotive Service Manager
About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Service Manager
to lead our clients’ Masterton-based Dealership service team.
You will be representing a small team within a Mulitfranchise dealership site
working for a great Kiwi owned Automotive Dealership.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee daily operations, drive performance, and ensure exceptional customer service delivery.

About You
- Proven experience in service management or operations
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused with a proactive mindset
- Automotive Dealership experience essential
- Technical Mindset with Trade qualification highly desired
