Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Process, raise and complete job orders for site teams
- Act as a key point of contact between teams, clients, and suppliers.
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and data management.
- Support service processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Help manage schedules, workflows, and communication across teams.
- Previous experience in administration ( service administration high desirable )
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- A proactive, deadline-driven approach to managing tasks.
