Job Summary: 

Stellar Recruitment is partnering with a well-established and highly regarded business to find a motivated  Service A dministrator  This role is ideal for someone looking to build their career in administration, coordination, or site support within a dynamic and fast-paced industry. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Process, raise and complete job orders for site teams 
  • Act as a key point of contact between teams, clients, and suppliers.
  • Assist with documentation, reporting, and data management.
  • Support service processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Help manage schedules, workflows, and communication across teams.
What You’ll Bring
  • Previous experience in administration ( service administration high desirable ) 
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • A proactive, deadline-driven approach to managing tasks.
