Automotive Service Advisor

Our client is looking for a experienced Service Advisor to join their top multi-franchise dealership in South Auckland that's all about great service, strong team culture, and real career development.

With several locations within Auckland, the client offers a stable work environment that's focused on work life balance and career opportunity pathways to Management. 

Due to resourcing and gearing their aftersales business, they have more than one opportunity available, across different South Auckland locations.
   
Key responsibilities :

• Accurately assess and document customer facing requirements within the Service department
• Provide quotes, timelines, and clear communication on service progress
• Liaise with technicians and parts department to ensure timely workflow
• Upsell services and repairs where appropriate
• Maintain accurate records in our service management system
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

• Have experience in a dealership service advisor role
• Know your way around vehicles and service systems
• Are people with great communication skills
• Are super organized and love a fast-paced environment
• Be technically minded, and have a passion for the car industry
