Automotive Service Advisor

We're on the lookout for an experienced Service Advisor to be the friendly face between our clients and the service team.

You'll greet customers, keep them updated, help with quotes & timelines, upselling where it is required and keep the workflow humming between the workshop and front desk.
   
Key responsibilities :

• Accurately assess and document customer facing requirements
• Provide quotes, timelines, and clear communication on service progress
• Liaise with technicians and parts department to ensure timely workflow
• Upsell services and repairs where appropriate
• Maintain accurate records in our service management system
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

• Have experience in a vehicle dealership aftersales environment
• Know your way around vehicles and service systems
• Team Player with great communication skills
• Super organized and love a fast-paced environment
