About the Role

We’re partnering with a specialist equipment service business supporting civil, construction, quarrying, and mining customers. Based at Acacia Ridge, this role keeps a busy service branch running smoothly — coordinating jobs, supporting customers, and owning the admin that makes great service happen. You’ll work closely with the Branch Manager and Service Manager and be a go-to for quotes, work orders, and supplier follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Frontline customer support: respond to enquiries, book jobs, and keep stakeholders informed
  • Prepare and process quotes, hire contracts, sales orders, and purchase orders
  • Create and manage work orders, job cards, and service schedules
  • Liaise with suppliers to confirm lead times and coordinate parts and repairs
  • Maintain accurate records, data entry, and branch reporting
  • Support general office administration to support day-to-day operations when required 
About You
  • Strong administration skills with high attention to detail and follow-through
  • Confident communicator who enjoys helping customers and supporting a team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP or service software experience valued
  • Experience in service, hire, or equipment support environments is highly regarded
  • Comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-moving, hands-on setting
  • Current driver’s licence; able to complete standard pre-employment checks
