You will be working with one of the largest Dealerships in the country, representing Euro brands in a Mulitfranchise Dealership setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and manage the end-to-end service process
- Prepare repair orders and provide accurate cost and time estimates
- Liaise between customers and the workshop
- Keep customers updated throughout the service journey
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Handle invoicing, warranty processes, and follow-up appointments
- Support a cohesive and high-performing service team
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2+ years recent Service Advisor experience within the automotive industry
- Super Service Triage experience highly desirable
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A polished, professional presentation with a passion for all things automotive
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- A positive attitude and a drive to deliver excellence
- A full NZ driver’s licence
