Your Role as a Recruiter:

• Recruit for various roles we have opportunities across multiple different industries white collar/blue collar across Brisbane and surrounding areas
• Conduct market mapping and source potential leads to drive new business
• Develop lasting client and candidate relationships, supported by Stellar’s extensive network.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a dynamic, high-energy team where your efforts are truly valued and rewarded.

• Minimum  3+ year experience in agency/internal recruitment and managing end-to-end processes for both clients and candidates.
• Experience with Business Development desirable

• A strong enthusiasm for business development is crucial
