In this role, you'll focus exclusively on recruiting White Collar Mining Operational positions, building and managing your own desk and partnering with our existing portfolio of clients. Your Role as a Recruiter:

• Recruit for Senior Mining appointments  
• Develop lasting client and candidate relationships, supported by Stellar’s extensive network.
• Conduct market mapping and source potential leads to drive new business
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a dynamic, high-energy team where your efforts are truly valued and rewarded.

• Minimum  3+ year experience in agency/internal recruitment and managing end-to-end processes for both clients and candidates.
• You stay focused, proactive, and driven, even when priorities shift.
• You’re eager to learn, develop professionally, and seize new opportunities within a high-performing team.
• A strong enthusiasm for business development is crucial
