This is a senior commercial leadership role — focused on live project delivery, not estimation. You'll be the key link between site and finance, driving accountability and profitability across your portfolio.

- Proven background in contract administration and live project financial management
- Strong understanding of NZS and NEC contract forms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- (Desirable) Chartered or working toward MRICS/MNZIQS
