Stellar Recruitment’s Civil Division is partnering with a leading contractor delivering a major pipeline of water and wastewater infrastructure projects across South East Queensland. Known for their technical capability, strong client partnerships and long-term program delivery, they are entering a significant growth phase and are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager
to lead a portfolio of high-profile works.
About the Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end to end delivery of multi-disciplinary water infrastructure projects including pipelines, pump stations, treatment assets and associated civil works.
You will lead teams across engineering, construction, commercial and HSE, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. This role suits an accomplished SPM or a proven Project Manager ready to step into larger, more complex programs of work.
Based in Caboolture, you will oversee a diverse package of projects across the broader SEQ region, supported by a highly experienced leadership and delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
• Full lifecycle management of major water and wastewater infrastructure projects
• Lead project teams across engineering, commercial, construction and safety
• Manage planning, scheduling, procurement and subcontractor performance
• Drive project outcomes across safety, quality, cost and program
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and partners
• Champion innovation, continuous improvement and operational excellence
Skills & Experience Required
• Proven experience delivering complex water and wastewater, pipeline or civil infrastructure projects
• Strong leadership capability with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent commercial acumen and contract management skills
• Ability to engage confidently with clients, councils, utilities and stakeholders
• A proactive, solutions focused approach with strong planning and decision making ability
