Stellar Recruitment are partnered with a nationwide T1 Contractor seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major project of national significance.
There are multiple vacancies for a Project Manager, with an additional requirement for Site Managers.
The Role
- Take full ownership for delivery — programme, schedule, commercial performance, risk, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
- Lead experienced site teams and subcontractors
- You’ll manage consultants and clients who expect clarity and confidence.
- Drive cost control, variations, forecasting and reporting - supported by QS team
What You Bring
- Solid local experience delivering large commercial projects in NZ or Australia
- Experience in a T1 environment highly desirable
- Experience delivering projects for govt/councils/govt agencies advantageous
- Deep understanding of NZS3910 and commercial risk
- Strong financial control and reporting capability
- Confidence leading senior stakeholders
