Are you ready to take the reins on one of WA’s largest bulk earthworks projects? This is your opportunity to lead the delivery of over 4 million cubic metres of earthworks in the iconic Pilbara pindan soil, driving one of the most ambitious civil projects in the region with a nationally recognised civil contractor.

The Role

As Senior Project Manager , you’ll oversee the full delivery of this high-value bulk earthworks package, from planning and cost control through to execution, safety, and client interface. You’ll manage a skilled delivery team of Engineers, Supervisors, and support staff, supported by an extensive modern plant fleet and robust systems to achieve exceptional project outcomes.

What You Bring

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering/Construction/Project Management 
• Proven track record as Project Manager  or Construction Manager delivering major bulk earthworks or civil infrastructure projects in the Pilbara Pindan soil ($50M–$100M+) for civil contractors
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Commercial and contractual acumen across project delivery phases
• Experience driving productivity, safety, and quality in high-performance teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• FIFO 2/1 roster ex Perth
• Superb Salary CIRCA $280K Base + 40% site uplift
