THE ROLE
We are seeking Senior Project Engineers x3 to manage and oversee all field operations associated with the exploration works of this multi-million-dollar pumped hydro project located west of the Sunshine Coast.
You will play a key role in leading the initial enabling works, with a strong focus on:
- Drilling and geotechnical investigations
- Surveying activities
- Road access and temporary infrastructure
- Camp construction
- Environmental investigations
These roles are primarily office-based (Brisbane or Nambour), working Monday to Friday, with fortnightly site travel required.
ABOUT YOU
You understand what it means to operate at Senior Project Engineer level - you’re hands-on, organised, and comfortable leading teams and contractors in complex environments.
You will bring:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Engineer / Senior Civil Engineer within a contractor or local government environment
- Strong capability managing programs, subcontractors, and multiple work fronts
- A proactive approach to safety, planning, and delivery
- The ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-performing team
