- 5+ years’ experience in a medium to large CA firm
- Strong technical knowledge, especially in IFRS
- Proficiency with Xero and cloud-based accounting tools
- CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent)
- A collaborative, client-focused mindset
- A passion for mentoring and team development
