What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as a go-to HR expert for managers across the business
- Handling ER matters end-to-end with confidence and sound judgement
- Supporting day-to-day operations as well as key people initiatives
- Coaching leaders to get the best out of their teams
- Bringing a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to everything you do
- Strong generalist HR experience, particularly across ER
- The ability to build credibility quickly and influence at all levels
- A practical mindset , someone who thrives in hands-on environments
- Solid commercial awareness and a focus on outcomes, not just process
