About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Estimator
to join a dynamic and experienced team working on large-scale civil infrastructure and earthworks projects. You’ll play a key role in pricing, tendering, and winning work across subdivisions, roading, drainage, and bulk earthworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of accurate and competitive tenders
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing
- Conduct risk assessments and value engineering
- Collaborate with project managers and directors to ensure successful bid strategies
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil estimating, ideally in earthworks and infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of local construction methods, materials, and pricing
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Candy, CostX, or similar)
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a drive for results
- Salary up to $200,000 (based on experience)
