Senior Estimator – Civil Earthworks

About the Role We’re seeking a  Senior Estimator  to join a dynamic and experienced team working on large-scale civil infrastructure and earthworks projects. You’ll play a key role in pricing, tendering, and winning work across subdivisions, roading, drainage, and bulk earthworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of accurate and competitive tenders
  • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing
  • Conduct risk assessments and value engineering
  • Collaborate with project managers and directors to ensure successful bid strategies
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil estimating, ideally in earthworks and infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of local construction methods, materials, and pricing
  • Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Candy, CostX, or similar)
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a drive for results
