In this senior position, you’ll oversee major electrical infrastructure across mining and processing operations, driving safety, reliability and continuous improvement. High voltage systems, control networks, compliance, asset strategies— you’ll own it all with confidence.
This position is based on a mine site and operates on a 9/5 FIFO roster, with flights available from all major East Coast cities, Adelaide & Tasmania.

What You Bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in electrical infrastructure management.
- Strong technical capability across HV, controls, instrumentation and electrical compliance.
- A proven track record in leading people and building high-performing teams.
- A proactive approach to safety, risk management and asset reliability
- The ability to manage maintenance, planning, budgets and improvement initiatives.
- The reputation of being the person others trust when it really counts.
