Based in Hamilton and supporting projects nationwide, this Senior Civil Engineer role sits at the heart of their technical delivery team. You'll provide engineering leadership on site and contribute to tender development, design support, and the growth of those around you.
You'll be involved in
- Leading technical engineering support across active civil construction projects
- Undertaking design, calculations, and review of solutions to resolve construction challenges
- Contributing to tender development and high-level construction methodology planning
- Advising on QA, compliance, and project specification requirements
- Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Mentoring site engineering teams and supporting their development
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- CPEng status or actively working towards it
- Strong post-graduate experience in civil construction and infrastructure delivery
- Proven ability to manage or support delivery of civil projects
- Solid technical design and calculation capability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels
- Comfortable travelling to project sites across NZ when required
- $130,000 - $160,000 per annum
