They service a wide range of customers across construction, civil, trade and hire markets and are known for their depth of product offering, customer focus and strong internal culture. About the role

This Auckland-based Sales Representative role is responsible for managing and growing a defined regional territory. You will work with an existing client base while identifying new business opportunities across multiple market segments, including high-profile customers. The role offers strong support, active sales opportunities and autonomy to drive results.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow an established Auckland sales territory
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
  • Prospect and win new business across construction, civil, trade and hire markets
  • Sell solutions across a wide construction equipment portfolio
  • Manage deals from initial enquiry through to close
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting and pipeline management

To succeed in the role, you will be/have
  • Proven B2B sales experience (3+ years), ideally in construction, machinery, trade or hire
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues
  • Commercially focused with strong time and territory management skills
  • Equipment, trade or technical background (advantageous but not essential)
  • Self-motivated, professional and results driven
