From our Head Office in Larapinta, Brisbane, we’re expanding our Lifting Equipment business nationally – and we require a Sales Manager to take the lead. Reporting to the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, this is an influential role where you’ll shape strategy, grow market share, and build strong client partnerships. With regular travel across Australia, you’ll be the driving force in connecting customers to solutions that make a real difference.

  • Strong knowledge of lifting equipment, materials handling, or manufacturing industries
  • Strategic selling and account management expertise with long sales cycles
  • A natural closer who thrives on competition and building relationships
  • Someone who balances influence with structure and discipline
You’ll Also Need:
  • 5+ years’ sales experience with leadership exposure
  • Hands-on experience in distributor networks and/or OEMs
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to engage with engineers and decision-makers
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • Current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
