THE ROLE

This is a newly created, high-impact role focused exclusively on new business development. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new clients across key industries such as retail, FMCG, and manufacturing. If you're a strategic hunter with a passion for logistics and a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilites:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in 3PL warehousing and contract logistics
  • Lead negotiations and close mid-to-large scale contracts with commercial precision
  • Deliver new revenue through targeted sales strategies and market expansion
  • Develop tailored logistics solutions that meet client needs and drive value
  • Present confidently to senior stakeholders and internal teams
  • Leverage your network across supply chain, transport, and international freight sectors
  • Stay informed on trends in eCommerce fulfilment and omnichannel logistic
ABOUT YOU
  • Proven experience in 3PL / Contract Logistics / Supply Chain business development
  • Strong track record of delivering new revenue and exceeding targets
  • Commercial acumen with strategic thinking and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex negotiations and closing deals
  • Knowledge of eCommerce fulfilment, transport networks, and international freight
  • Established network across retail, FMCG, manufacturing, and related industries
