If you’ve got proven experience in vehicle sales within the New Zealand market, Dealership Management experience, and love hitting targets, this is your next move.
Our client is well established, and represents three highly regarded brands in the market, with a strong local following, and excellent distribution support.
The role will see you :
- Manage and motivate a sales team across 3 x brands.
- Oversee sales operations for both new and used vehicles
- Sell directly to customers – closing deals and building repeat business.
- Set targets, track performance, and report to the Dealer Principal.
- Ensure high standards in customer service and dealership presentation.
The ideal candidate will have good Dealership sales and Management experience within the Automotive Industry.
You will need :
- Automotive sales management and senior sales consultant experience. (Essential)
- Strong closing skills and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Energy and resilience to thrive in a dealership environment with strong corporate identity.
- Well presented with a high standard in customer service
You will have the ability to manage the department to your strengths and vision, whilst representing the brand on the front end alongside your sales team.
