An exciting opportunity exists for a Pacific Islands Sales Specialist
to join a high-performing regional team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio across 15+ Pacific markets, including Polynesian, Micronesian, Melanesian, and Indonesian regions. You'll drive sales, lead marketing initiatives, and support product lifecycle management for mobile and consumer electronics.
�55357;�56593; Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of 60+ customers across the Pacific
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
- Lead product planning and lifecycle management (mobile, TVs, audio, printers, accessories)
- Collaborate on region-specific marketing campaigns
- Coordinate pricing, inventory, and logistics
- Conduct regular market visits and build strong customer relationships
- Represent Pacific markets in internal planning and performance reviews
- Revenue growth and profitability by market and category
- High customer satisfaction and retention
- Effective product launches and marketing campaigns
- Strong market presence and share expansion
Essential:
- 5+ years in sales, account or brand management
- Proven success managing multi-market portfolios
- Strong knowledge of mobile and CE categories
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Willingness to travel frequently across the Pacific
- Experience in Pacific Island markets or culturally diverse environments
- Fluency in Pacific languages or cultural competency
