Duties and Responsibilities include:
· With the National Sales Manager, develop a client relationship strategy and activity plan.
· Meet with clients to establish and maintain good relations and add new business.
· Drive Sales through further growth of existing clients.
· Operational sales include chasing purchase orders, answering inquiries, and managing supply timeframes and expectations.
· Work closely with the Production & Operations team to supply clients with relevant information and troubleshoot client problems.
· Gather and process relevant market & competitor intelligence.
· Capture and process client and project information in the CRM system (Salesforce).
· Record site information and photographs for case studies/marketing purposes. Attend trade shows with the rest of the Team.
· Participate in the Sales team's annual and quarterly sales strategy development processes.
· Assist with continuous evaluation and development of sales team processes & procedures.

· Organised and proactive with excellent attention to detail.
· Clear and confident communicator both verbally and written.
· Positive Go Getter attitude and keen to learn all aspects of the business.
· Creative thinker and solution-focused.
· Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Outlook, Excel and Word preferred.
· CRM experience (capturing of information only) preferred.
Experience required:
· Experience in a Civil Construction environment is advantageous but not essential.
· Proven sales and account management success history.
· Existing contacts with Civil and/or Drainage Contractors will be advantageous
