Role Overview:
- Position: Sales Representative (Roofing Experience Required)
- Reports to: Area Sales Manager or Branch Manager
- Key Focus: Grow sales, margin, and market share in a competitive market with short lead times.
- Sales Management: Achieve branch sales KPIs, including sales volumes, margin targets, and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Market Intelligence: Report on new business opportunities and market trends.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise profitability.
- CRM Maintenance: Ensure internal CRM systems are up to date.
- Health & Safety: Champion "Zero Harm" and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Customers, Operations Team, Sales/CSR’s/Trade Sales, Contractors.
- Experience: 5+ years in sales, with business planning and organisational skills.
- MUST HAVE ROOFING EXPERIENCE: This is a requirement of the role.
- Skills: Strong customer focus, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a constantly changing environment.
