Join a leading  Platinum Status Kia Dealership  in Hastings Hakes Bay as a Sales Executive.

Our client is looking for a motivated sales professional to promote Kia’s innovative product range and soon to market light commercial range across the Hawke’s Bay region.

This is a role with a strong focus on Fleet and Showroom vehicle sales, building strong relationships with business, government, and trade clients – just as exciting new models are hitting the market.
  
Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and secure new fleet opportunities across the region
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing fleet and showroom clients
  • Promote Kia's award-winning range of passengers and soon launch UTE and light commercial vehicles with a solution-focused approach
  • Deliver exceptional customer service from initial contact through to after-sales care
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
The role will allow you to sell two brands of vehicles, both new and used reporting to a supportive Sales Manager.

The highly anticipated Kia Tasman will be launching in NZ soon which brings heaps of opportunity in the Fleet space.

The role requires a motivated and hungry individual that is willing to get in front of clients, build relationships while selling a great product.

About You:
  • Proven experience in automotive vehicle sales (LV and Ute experience a strong advantage) or a passion for the Automotive industry with sales experience.
  • Strong business development and networking skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation ability
  • Professional, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Full NZ driver’s license required
