Sales Consultant – Epoxy & Construction Adhesives

We are expanding our product offering to include Epoxy adhesives, Epoxy floor resins, and waterproofing systems
—and we’re looking for an energetic Sales Consultant
to help drive growth in this exciting division.
About the Role
As a sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships within the construction industry while promoting our high-performance epoxy and waterproofing products.
You will:
- Drive sales of Epoxy adhesives, Epoxy resins, grouts, sealants, and waterproofing systems to contractors, fabricators, and trade suppliers.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Provide technical support and product demonstrations , showcasing product performance and application benefits.
- Collaborate with the ESM operations and logistics teams to ensure reliable delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and project opportunities.
- Attend trade shows, site demonstrations, and client meetings to strengthen brand awareness.
- Contribute to forecasting and reporting on sales performance and pipeline activity.
We’re looking for a hands-on salesperson who understands the construction environment and takes pride in technical excellence.
You will have:
- Proven sales experience in construction consumables, adhesives, or waterproofing systems .
- Strong knowledge of epoxy or chemical bonding systems (training will provided).
- Understanding of waterproofing applications and construction sealants.
- Existing relationships within the NZ building and construction industry.
- A self-motivated, results-oriented approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with our growing team.
- Full driver’s license and willingness to travel within your region.
