About the Role
You’ll use your sales skills in a new way building relationships, developing new business, and matching great people with great companies. Day-to-day, you will:
- Learn recruitment from a team who’s been there, done it, and does it well.
- Take ownership of sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and building talent pools.
- Use your sales mindset to grow and manage client relationships (business development).
- Write engaging job ads and help market roles across multiple channels.
- Coordinate moving parts to deliver a smooth and professional recruitment process.
- You’re a natural people person with strong communication skills.
- You love fast-paced sales environments (retail, appliances, telco, furniture, technology, etc.).
- You’re motivated by targets, recognition and the chance to earn more.
- You can stay calm under pressure and pick things up quickly.
