About the Roles
Depending on your background and industry experience, upcoming opportunities may include:
- Site Safety Advisor
- Project HSE Advisor
- HSEQ Manager / Coordinator
- Field-based Safety roles across mining, civil, construction and infrastructure
- Safety support positions within operational, maintenance and project delivery teams
I’m keen to hear from you if you bring:
- Experience as a Safety Advisor, HSE Coordinator or similar role within mining, civil, construction or related industries
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, industry codes and safe work procedures
- A Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (minimum) – Diploma highly regarded
- Practical, hands-on approach with the confidence to influence and coach teams
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
Responsibilities will vary by position, but may include:
- Supporting the implementation and ongoing improvement of safety management systems
- Conducting site inspections, audits and risk assessments
- Delivering toolbox talks, inductions and safety training
- Facilitating incident investigations and corrective actions
- Coaching supervisors and frontline personnel on safe work practices
- Monitoring compliance with legislative requirements and company standards
- Preparing safety documentation, reports and performance updates
- Engaging with project teams, subcontractors and key stakeholders
