What You’ll Do:
- Lead commercial roofing projects (new builds and replacements)
- Work with a variety of systems: Metal Roofing, Warm Roofing, Membrane, Kingspan, Cladding, and more
- Manage labour, materials, and schedules to keep jobs on track
- Train and mentor apprentices while driving a positive team culture
- Build strong relationships with clients and site managers
What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced roofer, builder, or carpenter with leadership skills (ideally 3+ Years)
- Customer-focused and solution-driven
- Adaptable and motivated to deliver quality work
- Full NZ driver’s license required
