About the Role
As an Research & Talent Associate you'll play a pivotal role in uncovering and engaging top executive talent across diverse markets. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with some of our most experienced and respected consultants, supporting high-impact assignments and helping to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate interviews, keep candidates engaged, and ensure every touchpoint reflects our premium brand.
• Build targeted long lists and market maps using LinkedIn, Seek, ASX reports, and advanced tools like ChatGPT.
• Help manage assignments, maintain data and spreadsheets, and provide critical logistical support to keep projects moving seamlessly.
• Track executive moves, uncover growth trends, and generate market insights that give us (and you) a competitive edge.
• Attend meetings, capture detailed notes, and help craft impactful follow-ups and presentations.
• Prepare sleek pitch decks, candidate packs, and compelling job ads that stand out.
